LEGAL NOTICE NORTHWEST REGIONAL WORKFORCE INVESTMENT BOARD REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR A One-on-One Literacy & Numeracy Tutoring Services to American Job Center Participants The NRWIB seeks qualified contractors who can deliver one-on-one tutoring services to American Job Center participants in Waterbury, Danbury, and Torrington areas. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is available on the Northwest Regional Workforce Investment Board’s website at www.nrwib.org in the RFP Section. All bids must follow the specific requirements as set forth in the RFQ. To be considered, qualifications should be received by the NRWIB by Friday, April 30th, 2021 at 4:00PM. Proposals must be delivered via email and may not be mailed or hand delivered. A Bidder’s Conference will be held virtually on Monday, April 12th, 2021 at 12:00pm.
