LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Purchasing Department of Saratoga County, 50 West High Street, Ballston Spa, NY 12020 will receive sealed bids until 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 8, 2021 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the Snow Removal Equipment (SRE) Building, located at the Saratoga County Airport, as per specification #21-PWASEB-3. No pre-bid conference will be held. Prospective bidders are advised to visit the site and become familiar with existing conditions. All questions should be directed to the consultant engineer at McFarland Johnson, Turner Bradford, tbradford@mjinc.com. Bid documents may be obtained on or after March 19, 2021 from The Empire State Bid System at no cost from the following website: www.empirestatebidsystem.com Saratoga County, through its Purchasing Department, reserves the right to reject parts of any or all bids.
