PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Clerk of the Schuyler County Legislature will RECEIVE SEALED BIDS for Asphalt Specified In-Place Parking Lot Projects for Schuyler County Buildings. Bid specifications may be obtained at the Buildings and Grounds Department, 910 S. Decatur Street, Watkins Glen, NY, or by emailing slafever@co.schuyler.ny.us . Bid specs are also available at www.schuylercounty.us (Purchasing Dept / Bids & RFPs).
Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and marked “SEALED BID – ASPHALT SPECIFIED IN-PLACE PARKING LOT PROJECTSâ€? and be mailed or delivered to the Clerk of the Legislature at 105 Ninth Street, Unit 6, Watkins Glen, NY, 14891, no later than 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 11, 2021. Bids will be opened at 9:45 a.m. that same day, and acceptance or rejection will be done at a later date.
The County of Schuyler reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
