LEGAL NOTICE Pursuant to Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, sealed proposals for Bid 2107 Shotcrete will be received at the Madison County Purchasing Office, Building 4, Second Floor, County Office Building, 138 North Court Street, Wampsville, New York 13163 until 11:00 a.m. (Local Time) on Tuesday, April 6, 2021. Specifications available at https://www.madisoncounty.ny.gov/bids.aspx or https://www.bidnetdirect.com. Right reserved to reject any or all bids. Prevailing Wage Rates are necessary for this bid. The PRC Number will be in the bid package. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security deposit of 10% of the amount of the bid in the form of a bid bond or certified check. A performance and labor & material bond of 100% will be required by the successful bidder. All bonds shall be provided by a duly authorized surety company, satisfactory to Madison County. The cost of all bonds to be responsibility of the contractor and be include in the submitted bid.
