LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport Bi-County Airport Board for Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties is accepting Statements of Qualifications and Experience from Firms or Groups interested in performing Engineering/Design, Bid, and Construction Phase Services for the “HANGAR WITH AIR & GROUND EMERGENCY MEDICAL RESPONSE FACILITY” Project at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport. Statements of Qualifications are due at the Airport prior to 4:00 P.M., Wednesday, December 8, 2021.
