LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF BOURNE Sealed Bids will be received at www.projectdog.com, enter Project Code 842286, until 3:00 p.m.. local time on April 15, 2021 for Roof Replacement and Associated Work at the Bourne Fire Station No.1, Buzzards Bay. Project includes Roof Replacement with steep-slope asphalt singles, low-slope roofing, and associated work. DCAMM Certified in Roofing required. Contract documents and Bid Forms at www.projectdog.com enter Project Code 842286 in the Project locator box and select “acquire document'” to download or purchase hard copies. Documents will be available on March 31, 2021 at 12:00 noon. Sealed bids shall be accompanied by a 100% payment bond and 100% performance bond in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149. There will be an elective site inspection at the Bourne Fire Station and a Pre-Bid Meeting held on April 6, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Potential bidders are to meet outside the main entrance of the Bourne Fire Station, 130 Main Street, Buzzards Bay, MA 02532. The Town of Bourne expressly reserves the right, in sole discretion of the awarding authority, to reject any and all bids, or to waive any informalities in the request for or response to the bids, if deemed in the Town’s best interest.
