LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF DENNIS REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS TOWN OF DENNIS, MASSACHUSETTS The Town of Dennis requests Statements of Qualifications for General Contractors and Filed Subcontractors for the prequalification of the Dennis Fire Station 2 in Dennis, MA. Copies of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document with instructions and requirements are available on the Town’s website at www.town.dennis.ma.us quick link can be found at Procurement (Bids/RFPs) on Wednesday, August 25, 2021. Qualifications must be submitted no later than 3:00 PM on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, and must be submitted to Greg Rounseville, Assistant Town Administrator, at Dennis Town Hall, 685 Route 134, South Dennis, MA 02660. The project has an estimated construction cost of $13,000,000. Respondents must be DCAMM certified and meet all requirements noted in the RFQ. Qualifications (Three copies) one original, one copy, and an electronic copy on a USB drive must be received in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “Dennis Fire Station 2”, within the packet submission. Submissions received after the time and date established herein this notice shall not be accepted or considered, regardless of the cause for delay in the receipt of the package. Filed Subcontractor categories are: Masonry, Misc. and Ornamental Iron, Roofing and Flashing, Metal Windows, Glass and Glazing, Ceramic Tile, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical.
