LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF LISBON, CONNECTICUT LISBON SENIOR CENTER WINDOW REPAIRS Sealed bids for the Town of Lisbon Senior Center Window Repairs will be received at the Office of the Lisbon First Selectman, 1 Newent Road, Lisbon, Connecticut 06351 until 10:00 A.M., on July 9, 2021 prevailing time when they will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope stating the bidder’s name and Lisbon Senior Center Window Repairs. The Contract consists of removal and disposal of 4 storefront windows, framing, repair/replace rotted framing and interior sills, the installation of new vinyl windows, exterior trim, interior trim and sheetrock. Windows can be inspected at the Lisbon Senior Center, 11 Newent Road, Lisbon, CT 06351 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. The Town of Lisbon reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part if it deems to be in the best interest of the Town to do so.
