INVITATION TO BID

Grinding of Wood Debris October 11, 2021

The Town of Plymouth will receive sealed bids for Grinding of Wood Debris until October 11, 2021, at 10:00 AM. At that time bids will be opened in public and read aloud. There will be a mandatory site walk-through on September 29, 2021, at 9:00 AM at the Plymouth Brush & Leaf Facility, Tunnel Road, Terryville, CT.

Copies of the bid specifications may be obtained from the Department of Public Works by contacting them through email (publicworks@plymouthct.us) or by calling 860-585-4030 during regular business hours.

Questions regarding the services required, or this document, should be addressed in writing and delivered to the Public Works Department, to the attention of Charles Wiegert, Director of Public Works no later than October 6, 2021 by 3:00 p.m.

The Town of Plymouth reserves the rights to amend or terminate this Invitation to Bid, accept all or any part of a bid, reject all bids, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a bid, and award the bid to the bidder that, in the Town’s judgment, will be in the Town’s best interests.
