LEGAL NOTICEADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSThe City of Oneida, New York, invites sealed bids for SANITARY SEWER CROSSING AT ONEIDA CREEKBids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Oneida City Hall at 109 N. Main Street, Oneida, NY 13421 at the City Clerk’s Office, until December 22, 2021 at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.The Project includes the following Work:Preparation and installation of a new 6″ sanitary force-main across the Oneida Creek. The project will connect the discharge of the sanitary pump station at 118 Kenwood Avenue in the City of Oneida to an existing sanitary manhole at or near the property at 1005 Sherrill Street, City of Sherrill, NY. The specified method of installation is via horizontal directional drilling, and the project will include all preparatory excavations, removal and replacement of interfering utilities, construction of an air relief valve and manhole, and constructing necessary connections with the existing 6″ steel sanitary pipeline.
