LEGAL NOTICEHudson River Maritime Museum Wooden Boat School Roof Replacement Project NOTICE is hereby given that sealed bids covering a project to remove six out of service HVAC units and existing roof membrane down to sheathing and replace at the HRMM Wooden Boat School facility on the Rondout Waterfront in Kingston, NY in accordance with the specifications prepared by the Hudson River Maritime Museum (HRMM), will be received by the HRMM, 50 Rondout Landing, Kingston, NY 12401. Date of submission of bids: Up to and including 1:00 PM on Thursday, October 28, 2021. All bids received will be privately opened by the HRMM at 3:00 PM on Thursday, October 28, 2021. Proposals must be submitted in a manner designated in the bid package. Copies of bid package and specifications may be obtained by calling Gregg Swanzey, Grants Manager, at 845-853-3282 or by emailing Gregg Swanzey at gswanzey@hrmm.org. The HRMM reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any irregularities in bidding and accept the bid that is best suited for the HRMM. No bids received may be withdrawn by any bidder for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening.
