LEGAL NOTICERIFTON FIRE DISTRICTINVITATION TO BID-ARCHITECTURALSERVICESThe Board of Fire Commissioners of the Rifton Fire District is seeking architectural direction in the removal of existing building known as Fire Station 1 at 43 Maple Street, Rifton, NY and the creation of a new building, yet to be determined.Proposed bids must be received by May 17, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. in a sealed envelope. Sealed bids can be dropped off at the firehouse on May 17th. Any bids not received by this date and time will not be considered. Bids should include the name, address and telephone number of the bidder. Sealed envelopes should be clearly labeled “ARCHITECTUAL SERVICES BID”.Bids can be mailed to: Rifton Fire District, Attn: Secretary Serina Bass, PO Box 155, Rifton, NY 12471.
