BID NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Township of Cheltenham, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, is seeking sealed bids for the sale of Township-owned property, commonly-known as Montgomery County Tax Map Parcels No. 31-00-17347-12-7 and 31-00-17347-16-3, which combined total approximately 6.42 acres of irregularly-shaped, unimproved land fronting West Cheltenham Avenue in the Township’s C-1 Commercial Zoning District. Individuals, businesses or other entities interested purchasing this property shall submit a Bid in conformity with the terms of a Request for Bids (RFB).
