REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS â OXFORD AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT Sealed proposals based on qualifications are requested for an ACT 163-2016 Guaranteed Energy Savings Project. Sealed proposals are to be submitted to the Oxford Area School District located at 125 Bell Tower Lane, Oxford, PA 19363. The proposal is to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked âEnergy Performance Contracting Servicesâ? by 1:00 PM, April 19, 2021. Proposals are to remain valid for 120 days and will be awarded at the convenience of the School Board.
