NOTICE TO BIDDERS ALDAN BOROUGH, DELAWARE COUNTY, PA Sealed proposals will be received online via the PennBid Program by Aldan Borough, Delaware County until 4:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 5, 2021 for the 2021 Road Improvement Program. The project is comprised of an approximate total of the following items of work: A. 170 Tons of Superpave Mixture Base Repair B. 7,330 SY of Milling C. 7,330 SY of Superpave Mixture Wearing Course Overlay All Bidding Documents are available online at no cost at www.PennBid.net. Each bid must be submitted online and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least ten (10) percent of the total bid. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to bids greater or equal to $25,000.
