PUBLIC NOTICE Sealed bids will be received by the Supervisors of Bethel Township, Delaware County at the Bethel Township Municipal Building located at 1092 Bethel Road before 12:00 P.M. noon on Thursday May 20, 2021 for the re-surfacing of Marsh Road and a portion of Highland Drive. The bids will opened at 12:05 P.M. on May 20 at the John L. Myers Memorial Building at 1092 Bethel Road. Bidding Documents are available at the office of G. D. Houtman & Son, Inc., Township Engineer, 139 East Baltimore Pike, Media, PA 19063. All materials and workmanship shall meet the current PA Department of Transportation Specifications. This is a Prevailing Wage project. The Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid, made payable to Bethel Township.
