ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Notice is hereby given that proposals will be received online via the PennBid Program by the Borough of Media by July 20, 2021, until 10:00 AM prevailing time, for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the: Maintenance of Borough owned Buildings and Properties, specifically the Media Borough Complex & Buildings at 301 North Jackson Street. The principal items of work to be performed under this project include: General Contracting, concrete, masonry, interior and exterior maintenance and repair work on Borough owned buildings, as directed by the Borough Staff of Engineer. Bids will be received via the PennBid web-based solicitation service. There will be no physical bid opening. The Bidder’s attention is called to the fact that the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act applies to this Contract and that the successful Bidder shall pay no less than the Wage Rates determined for the project.
