NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed Bids for CONTRACT NO. 790 – Operations Center – Barn Upgrades will be received by the NORTH PENN WATER AUTHORITY, at the Authority office, 300 Forty Foot Road, Towamencin Township, Lansdale, PA 19446, on Friday, August 13, 2021, up to 10:00 a.m., local prevailing time, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Start date for construction is scheduled for October 1, 2021 with final completion on or before November 15, 2021. Bid documents and specifications may be obtained or examined at the Authority office. Workers employed under this contract must be paid prevailing minimum wage rates subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of August 15, 1961, P.L. 987, 43 P.S. § 165 et seq. A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for August 3, 2021 at 2:00 pm at the North Penn Water Authority Operations Center, located at 300 Forty Foot Road, Lansdale PA.
