The Kennett Consolidated School District (KCSD) is soliciting bids for Improvements for the Kennett High School (KHS) Annex. The project includes primarily interior improvements for the KHS Annex and maintenance building office space adjacent to the Annex. The interior spaces in the scope of the project include administrative office and student use areas. The interior improvements include architectural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical demolition and construction. There will be separate bids for General, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Construction. Bid documents will be available in PDF format on USB thumb drive starting Friday, December 3, 2021 at 12 NOON. Bid documents can be obtained at the KCSD Office at 300 East South Street, Kennett Square, PA 19348. There is a non-refundable $20 fee for bid documents. Checks are to be made out to KCSD. There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on Friday, December 17, 2021 at 4:00 PM at the Kennett High School Annex, 100 East South Street, Kennett Square, Pennsylvania 19348.
