PUBLIC BID NOTICE. NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of the Township of East Vincent, Chester County, Pennsylvania, will be accepting sealed bids for the sale of certain real property owned by the Township of East Vincent having Chester County Tax Parcel ID # 21-1-46, and located at 1810 Old Schuylkill Road. The real property may be subject to easements or other matters of record. This property is being sold “as-isâ€?. The sealed bids for the above property will be received by East Vincent Township, hereinafter generally referred to as the Township, until 10:00AM on December 7, 2021, via the PennBid Electronic Document and Bid Management Program. All documents and solicitation details will be available on or after November 17, 2021 at https://pennbid.procureware.com. Bidders must register, then click on the “Solicitationsâ€? then “Viewâ€? tabs. A certified check or cashier’s check for 10% of the bid price to be drawn to East Vincent Township, accompanying the bid as bid security. The sealed bids will be opened and announced at the regular Board of Supervisors meeting on December 8, 2021 at 7:30 PM at the East Vincent Municipal Complex at 262 Ridge Road, Spring City, PA 19475. Copies of the “Instructions to Biddersâ€? are available at the Municipal Building during normal business hours of Monday – Friday 9:00AM to 5:00 PM and on the Township’s website at www.eastvincent.org, under “Community Newsâ€?. The East Vincent Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The successful bidder must make full payment of the purchase price within sixty (60) days of the award of the bid.
