LEGAL NOTICEThe Catskill Mountain Railroad Co., Inc is soliciting for sealed bids until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 2, 2023, for a contract to furnish and install a new 108 foot precast crossing surface and perform 685 feet of approach track work at the Railroad’s Washington Avenue grade crossing (USDOT Inventory #917855K) inclusive of removal of existing crossing surface, installation of new precast concrete crossing surface, approach track work, work zone traffic control, sidewalk reconstruction and approach paving. A pre-bid meeting for this contract will be held on Thursday, February 9, 2023 at 1:00 pm at the project site.
