Legal NoticeThe Hurley Fire District #1 invites the submission of bids for snow removal and plowing for the driveway/parking lot and pedestrian walkways located at the firehouse on Old Rt. 209, Hurley, NY for the season beginning January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022. Bids will be received by mail or in person until 7:00 PM on Monday, October 18, 2021 at the firehouse. Bids will be publicly read at that time. Bids should be mailed to the Hurley Fire District, Box 329, Hurley, NY. 12443. The work consists of snow plowing the driveway and parking lot, clearing snow from all pedestrian and vehicle entrances and associated bollards. Work will be done and billed in increments of 3 inches. A certificate of insurance/indemnification naming the Hurley Fire District #1 and a certificate of workman’s compensation must accompany each bid.
