March 2, 2021 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The Hampstead, NH Board of Library Trustees is accepting proposals for the installation of new siding for the Hampstead Public Library. The Request for Proposal may be obtained at the Library or viewed online at https://www.hampsteadlibrary.org/board-trustees. Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 PM on Monday, April 13, 2021 and should be mailed to Rosemary Krol, Library Director, Hampstead Public Library, 9 Mary E. Clark Drive, Hampstead NH 03841 and be clearly marked “Library Siding”. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive any informalities in the proposal process, to negotiate with any and all responsible qualified Proposers, and to enter into an agreement with the Proposer whom the Board of Trustees in its sole discretion determines is in the best interests of the Library even though the Proposer may not submit the lowest bid or proposal.
