May 5, 2021 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP No. 2021-009 COST OF SERVICE-RATE DESIGN CONSULTANT The Commission is seeking electric utility cost of service and rate design consulting services to be performed by a qualified consultant in Docket No. DE 21-030 (Unitil Energy Systems, Inc., Request for Change in Rates). The Request for Proposals is posted on the PUC’s website at http://www.puc.nh.gov/home/requestforproposal.htm. Hard copies are available upon request.
