MID-STATE HEALTH CENTER’S CHILDREN’S LEARNING CENTER EXPANSION CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT RFP/RFQ Mid-State Health Center (MSHC) is soliciting Qualifications and Proposals of professional Construction Managers with the intent of selecting a CM to provide pre-construction services, a GMP and the construction of an expansion of the MSHC Children’s Learning Center in Plymouth, NH. RFP/RFQ statements should be in accordance with the process outlined in the RFP/RFQ.
