LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF NORTHBRIDGE INVITATION FOR BID The Town of Northbridge invites electronic bids for early site work for the Northbridge Fire Station. Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws (Ter. Ed), including without limitation Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended; Mass. G.L. Chapter 149, Sections 44A through 44L inclusive; and Chapter 149, Sections 26 through 27D inclusive. THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The bids are to be prepared and submitted at www.projectdog.com. Bids shall be submitted electronically and clearly identified as a bid, endorsed with the name and address of the bidder, and the name of the project, and submitted to: Projectdog, Inc. https://www.projectdog.com/ Project Code # #847771 The early package has an estimated construction cost of $100,000. Electronic bids for the site work will be received until two (2) o’clock, PM, on Wednesday, March 2, 2022. All bids must be submitted electronically to the above specified domain to the time specified hereunder, in accordance with the procedures set forth in the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, 10:00 AM local time at the proposed site located at 1681 Providence Road, Northbridge, MA 01534.
