NOTICE – -Invitation to Bid – -Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Program Contract Nos. PS1-3 – -The BOROUGH OF CARLISLE will receive sealed bids via the online PennBid – -Program for Contract PS1-3: Pump Station No. 1 Interceptor Sewer Lining and Manhole Rehabilitation until August 18, 2021 at 1:00 p.m local time. All bid documents are available online at www.PennBID.net. – -All Bidders must submit a bid security in the amount of 10% of the total base bid. – -The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and – – Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the successful bid amount. – -Project generally includes, but is not limited to the cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) – -lining of 2,670 linear feet (LF) of 12-inch gravity sewer pipe, grouting and reinstatement of all active laterals, the rehabilitation of 13 sanitary sewer manholes, and all associated work identified in the Contract Documents. – -Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated on the Bid Form.
