NOTICE OF BID In accordance with the provisions of Section 807.1 of the Pennsylvania School Code, the Western Wayne School District, Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania solicits sealed bids for #2 Fuel Oil. Sealed proposals will be received by the Western Wayne School District until 12:00 pm, April 21, 2021. Bid instructions and specifications can be obtained from the Western Wayne School District by calling 800-321-9973 choose Option 5, or by email at remmett@western wayne.org. Bids will be opened immediately following the 12:00 pm deadline on April 21, 2021. The Western Wayne School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids, to increase or decrease amounts, does not bind itself to accept the bid of the lowest bidder but to award the contract in the best interest of the school district.
