By virtue of an order of sale to me delivered from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Porter County, Indiana, in Cause No.

64D05-2205-MF-004074

I will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder on March 15,2023 at 10:00 AM on said day, at the Porter County Sheriffs Office, 2755 State Road 49,, Valparaiso, Indiana, the fee simple title in and to the following described Real Estate in Portage Township, Porter County, Indiana to wit:

Lot 102, in Crisman’s Oak Grove Subdivision No.2, in the City of Portage, Porter County,Indiana, as shown on Plat in Miscellaneous Record 17, page 50, in the Recorder’s Office of Porter County, Indiana.

Excepting therefrom, a part of Lot 102 in Crisman’s Oak Grove Subdivision No. 2, a subdivision in the City of Portage, Indiana, the plat of which subdivision is recorded in Miscellaneous Record 17, page 50, in the Office of the Recorder of Porter County, Indiana, described as follows:

Beginning at the northeast comer of said lot; thence South 0 degrees 40 minutes 47 seconds East 2.83 feet along the east line ofsaid lot; thence North 89 degrees 17 minutes 29 seconds West 20.03 feet; thence North 69 degrees 40 minutes 02 seconds West 8.03 feet to the north line of said lot; thence South 89 degrees 34 minutes 36 seconds East 27.53 feet along said north line to the point of beginning and containing 66 square feet, more or less. Also, an easement in and to the following described real estate, to wit: Apart of Lot 102 in Crisman’s Oak Grove Subdivision No. 2, a subdivision inthe City of Portage, Indiana, the platof which subdivision is recorded in Miscellaneous Record 17,page 50, in the Office of the Recorder of Porter County, Indiana, described as follows:

Beginning on the east line of said lot South 0 degrees 40 minutes 47 seconds East 2.83 feet from the northeast corner of said lot; thence South 0 degrees 40 minutes 47 seconds East 7.21 feet along said east line; thence North 69 degrees 40 minutes 02 seconds west 21.45 feet; thence South 89 degrees 17 minutes 29 seconds East 20.03 feet to the point of beginning and containing

72 square feet, more or less, for the purpose of sidewalk removal, which easement will revert to the owners upon the completion of the above-designated project.

Said sale to be without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
