NOTICE The Borough of Shenandoah is offering the following properties for sale: 21 W. Poplar Street 239 S. Ferguson Street 18 S. Jardin Street 507 W. Arlington Street 323 Furnace Street Bids must be sealed and will be accepted until 4:00 pm on Monday, November 15, 2021 at Shenandoah Borough Hall, 15 W. Washington St., Shenandoah, PA 17976. Bids will be opened at the Council meeting that evening. Each property requires a minimum bid of $1000.00 and a deposit of 10% must accompany the bid. Gordon Slater Council President
