NOTICE TO BIDDERS BID#2021-003 The Pennsbury School District is seeking bids on: OXFORD VALLEY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CRAWLSPACE MOLD REMEDIATION PROJECT Sealed bids will be accepted at 9:00 AM, on Tuesday, May 25th, 2021, at the Administration Building, Facilities Department, located at 134 Yardley Avenue, Fallsington, PA 19054 at which time they will be publicly opened and read live via GoTo Meeting. Bids should be marked with the bid number and named OXFORD VALLEY CRAWLSPACE MOLD REMEDIATION PROJECT. Documents will be available in an electronic format by request via email link upon request to D’Huy Engineering, Inc., 1 East Broad Street, Suite 310, Bethlehem, PA 18018, 610-865-3000, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Fifty Dollars ($50). Checks shall be made payable to “D’Huy Engineering, Inc.” Documents will be sent electronically after receipt of payment. Bidders must supply the following information with their request for documents: company name, contact person, complete address, phone and fax numbers, and email address. Documents will be available on May 7, 2021. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be conducted on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., at the Oxford Valley Elementary School, 430 Trenton Road, Fairless Hills, PA 19030. A Representative from D’Huy Engineering, Inc. will provide project details at this meeting. Non-attendees will not be permitted to bid.
