NOTICE TO MINORITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISES (MBE’S/WBE’S)

The Pangere Corporation, General Contractor and E.O.E, M/F/V/D, is actively seeking certified MBE/WBE contractors and suppliers to bid work for the Indiana Department of Natural Resources Division of State Parks for the State Park Office Remodeling Indiana Dunes State Park Project. The project consists of a complete interior building renovation totaling approximately 1,860 square feet. There is a 7% MBE & 5% WBE subcontractor and supplier participation goal established for this project.

All bidders shall be deemed advised of the provisions of the Instructions to Bidders contained in the specifications for the project as well as the General Conditions of the contract, specifications, and drawings for the project.
