NOTICE TRENTON HOUSING AUTHORITY 875 NEW WILLOW ST. TRENTON, N.J. 08638 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES AT THE TRENTON HOUSING AUTHORITY Proposals are invited for Janitorial Services at the Trenton Housing Authority, RFP # PH04TH0421. An informational package containing requirements will be available for distribution on Monday, April 26, 2021 from the Trenton Housing Authority, 875 New Willow St., Trenton, N.J. 08638. There is a non-refundable fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each package. Documents will be mailed to prospective bidders for a mailing fee of ten dollars ($10.00), plus actual postage. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Monday, May 10, 2021 at 10:00 am at the Administration building, 875 New Willow Street, Trenton, NJ 08638 (for GPS please use 924 Southard Street).
