INVITATION TO BID ELECTRIC VEHICLE (EV) CHARGING STATION SERVICES (eMVD-021523) The County of Delawareâs Motor Vehicle/Fleet Management Department is soliciting proposals to outsource Electric Vehicle Charging Station Services. Bid proposals will be received electronically via PennBid (procureware.com) by the Department of Central Purchasing at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at which time responses will be opened and read aloud for Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station Services. Unless otherwise provided, in any supplement to these instructions to respondent, no respondent shall modify, withdraw, or cancel the proposal or any part thereof for sixty (60) days after the time designated for the receipt of proposal in the advertisement or Invitation to Bid.
