PUBLIC NOTICE City of Lawrence INVITATION TO BID Central Fire Station Roof Replacement The City of Lawrence, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for interested in the Lawrence Central Fire Station Roof Replacement, the work includes but isn’t limited to the removal and replacement of all existing roofng systems in their entirety, installation of a new EPDM roofng system, removal and replacement of all roof drains and skylights, masonry, repairs, and associated work. Bidders may obtain bidding documents online starting Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at www.cityofawrence.com/bids. General Bidders must be certifed by DCAMM in the prime Category of ROOFING to be considered an eligible bidder. There will be a prebid walkthrough for all interested bidders at 9:00AM, Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 65 Lowell Street, Lawrence, MA. Masks must be worn and social distancing observed to the greatest extent possible.
