PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF LAWRENCE, MASSACHUSETTS 200 Common Street Lawrence, MA 01840 INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) The City of Lawrence invites bids from qualifed vendors interested in providing the following for the City of Lawrence, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifcations outlined in the Invitation for Bids (IFB). A contract shall be awarded to a responsive and eligible contractor offering the lowest total bid price. ON-CALL TREE TRIMMING & REMOVAL SERVICES Bids from vendors are due at the offce of Franklin Miguel, Department of Public Works, 2nd Floor, 200 Common Street, Lawrence, MA 01840 on or before 2:00 PM on Thursday, August 12, 2021. Plans and Specifcations will be available July 28, 2021 at the Department of Public Works, 2nd Floor, 200 Common Street and are also available to download at www.cityofawrence.com/bids. Bidders must submit a fve percent 5% bid deposit with their bid. All bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30, §39M. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates and OSHA Certifcations.
