PUBLIC NOTICE Landscape Maintenance and Snow Removal For some or all of the following DOT Transportation centers Stamford, Merritt 7, Wilton, and Cannondale Train Stations Request for Proposal Fusco Management Company, LLC This is a Set-A-Side proposal invitation for vendors / contractors who are registered with the DAS as a SBE vendor / contractor. Sealed proposals will be received on October 22, 2021, by 2:00 p.m. for Landscaping Maintenance and Snow Removal for the Stamford Transportation Centers, Merritt 7 Station, Wilton Station, and Cannondale Station. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and walk through will be held on October 7, 2021, at 9:30AM, starting at the Stamford Train Station, and then proceeding to the other locations. Meeting location, Tunnel Level Atrium, by the Fusco Offices, 30 Station Place, Stamford, CT. Proposal documents and specifications will be distributed at the Pre-Proposal meeting. Fusco Management Company LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. All proposals are subject to approval by the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation.
