PUBLIC NOTICE Request for Qualifcations (RFQ) Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School District Owner’s Project Manager Upgrade of Mechanical Systems for Alumni Gymnasium and Gallant Hall In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Sec. 44A1/2, the Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School District (ENSATS), will receive responses from qualifed frms for on-call Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) Services to represent the ENSATS interests in managing the development and construction of campus project including but not limited to: Upgrade of mechanical systems in Gallant Hall and Alumni Gymnasium located at 562 Maple St., Hathorne, MA.Copies of the RFQ will be available at the business offce between the hours of 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday thru Thursday or via email request to Stephanie Poska at sposka@essextech.net. Responses are to be submitted to the Director of Business Operations no later than 11:00AM August 26, 2021 to be considered. The District reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to waive informalities and to award in the best interest of the District.
