Pursuant to Chapter 30B, Section 6, of the Massachusetts General Laws, Leftfield LLC., acting on behalf of the Town of Tyngsborough (‘Awarding Authority’) through the Town Manager is requesting proposals for construction material testing services for the new Tyngsborough Middle School located at 50 Norris Road in Tyngsborough MA. The selected testing agency shall provide material testing services pertaining to the Tyngsborough Middle School Project which will commence construction activities in the Spring of 2023 and is scheduled for completion in the Summer of 2025. The evaluation, selection of the successful testing agency, and contract award shall be made by the Awarding Authority.There will not be an information session for this RFP.
