REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS LEGAL NOTICE Amity Regional School District No. 5 invites proposals for the following: · Amity Middle Schools Acoustical Panel Installation, Under CTSource Request for Proposal, Amity #2021-8 There will be a non mandatory pre-bid meeting Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 4:00 P.M. at the Amity Middle School Bethany Campus, 190 Luke Hill Road, Bethany CT. Sealed proposals due no later than 10:00 A.M., Friday, October 8, 2021 Proposal specifications may only be obtained on the State of Connecticut CTSource bid board website under State Contracting Portal https://portal.ct.gov/DAS/CTSource/BidBoard and will be available starting 11:30 A.M., September 24, 2021. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Director of Finance and Administration, District Office, Amity Regional School District No. 5, 25 Newton Road, Woodbridge, CT 06525. Amity Regional School District No. 5 reserves the right to waive errors in any proposals, to accept other than the low bidder, and reject any or all proposals at its discretion.
