REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

WILKINSONVILLE WATER DISTRICT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Wilkinsonville Water District, 13A Providence Road, Sutton, Massachusetts is seeking Proposals from qualified firms capable of providing full-service operation and maintenance of the District Water Facilities. Operation and Maintenance services shall be provided in a safe, secure, effective and efficient manner and shall be in full compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act, applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection. The initial term of the contract is for a period of three (3) years with two additional one-year (1) renewal periods at the option of the District. Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP) may be obtained from the Wilkinsonville Water District, 13A Providence Road, P.O. Box 173, Sutton, MA 01590, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Operations Contractors possessing the necessary qualifications, experience and technical expertise are invited to submit proposals for operations and maintenance services in accordance with the requirements of the RFP and the Proposal Submission Requirements detailed in the RFP document. Proposals will be received at the Wilkinsonville Water District’s Office, 13A Providence Road, P.O. Box 173, Sutton, MA 01590 until 1:00 PM, May 26, 2021. Proposals received after such time will not be accepted. The Wilkinsonville Water District Board of Water Commissioners is the awarding authority.
