Professional Architectural Design Services
Libraries of Stevens County is requesting statement of qualifications from professional architectural firms in accordance with RCW 39.80.030. In seeking professional architectural design services, Libraries of Stevens County requests qualifications from firms with recent experience in library construction in Eastern Washington.
Libraries of Stevens County is seeking design services for its proposed capital improvement program. The program includes library improvements at 3 locations plus a new library.
Statements of qualifications (SOQ) shall be no longer than 20 pages in length, not including the cover page, letter of interest, divider tabs or staff resumes.
