Request for Qualifications Sandwich Public Schools Mechanical Engineering Services for District-wide HVAC Upgrades Sandwich Public Schools (SPS) is seeking proposals from mechanical engineering firms to provide field investigation, engineering design and cost estimating services for HVAC upgrades to existing district buildings. Feasibility study, schematic design and cost estimating will be the first phase of the project and the second phase will be for design, construction and commissioning. Sandwich Public Schools plans to award this contract to the most qualified applicant immediately upon submission review and negotiation of fee. Applicants must be fully licensed for this type of work by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and must list licensed consultants that will be used. Designer fees will be negotiated with SPS upon review of Qualifications.
