SALEM SCHOOL DISTRICT SCHOOL ADMINISTRATIVE UNIT 57 SALEM, N.H. 03079 INVITATION TO BID The Salem School District is seeking bids to replace the windows at the Office of the Superintendent of Schools. A bidder’s conference and site visit will be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at 10:00 AM., at the Superintendent of Schools Office, to review the specifications and extent of work. This visit is mandatory; any bidder who does not attend this session, or make alternative time arrangements with the Director of Maintenance, will not be considered a qualified bidder. THE SALEM SCHOOL DISTRICT RESERVES THE UNQUALIFIED RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL PROPOSALS OR TO ACCEPT THAT PROPOSAL, WHICH IN THEIR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE JUDGMENT WILL SERVE THE BEST INTEREST OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes, addressed to the Salem School Board, and plainly marked with the name of the bid, and the time of opening. Bids emailed or faxed will not be accepted Bids will be accepted at: Office of the Superintendent of Schools, SAU #57 38 Geremonty Drive Salem, NH 03079 until Friday, October 29, 2021 at 1:15 PM, at which time they will be opened, subsequently analyzed and presented to the Board for review and approval at their next available regularly scheduled meeting.
