STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE LIQUOR COMMISSION INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSAL FOR: PROFESSIONAL LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE SERVICES The New Hampshire Liquor Commission (“NHLC” or “State”) seeks to procure professional landscaping maintenance services at four (4) locations: 1. Store 62, Raymond Shopping Center, 11 Freetown Road, Route 27, Raymond, New Hampshire 03077; 2. Store 73, I-95 South, Hampton, New Hampshire 03843; 3. Store 76, I-95 North, Hampton, New Hampshire 03843-2081; and 4. Store 38, 605 Route 1 Bypass South, Portsmouth, New Hampshire 03801 The project and the NHLC’s requirements are set forth in a Request for Proposal (RFP) document. Responses must be in compliance with RFP specifications, which can be obtained by contacting Janet Donnelly via email only at Janet.Donnelly@liquor.nh.gov, or by downloading it at: https://www.nh.gov/liquor/public_notices.shtml. Completed proposals must be returned to the Liquor Commission no later than 2:00 PM on Friday, May 7, 2021; any proposals submitted after this time will be rejected.
