The City of Beverly is issuing a Request for Services for OWNER’S PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES #21-1000 BEVERLY CITY HALL RENOATIONS #21-2000 MCPHERSON YOUTH CENTER RENOVATIONS The City of Beverly, Massachusetts is seeking the services of a qualified “Owner’s Project Manager” as defined in Massachusetts General Laws chapter 149, Section 44Al/2, and as further defined by the provisions in the RFS, to provide Owner’s Project Management Services through design development, preparation of construction bid documents, bid and award, construction and final closeout in its final scope. The RFS materials for these two separate requests for services and contracts may be obtained from the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Beverly City Hall, 191 Cabot Street, Beverly, MA 01915 during regular City Hall business hours or at: https://www.beverlyma.gov/Bids.aspx or by emailing dgelineau@beverlyma.gov. Completed RFS responses for these two separate service contracts will be due Monday, January 10, 2022 by 11:00 A.M. prevailing local time, at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, at the above address. The City of Beverly reserves the right to reject any and all RFS’s and to waive any informalities in the RFS process if it is in the best interest of the City to do so, in the manner set forth in the RFS solicitation.
