Filed sub-bids for Masonry, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Fire Suppression, Electrical and Fire Alarm will be received via ProjectDog on February 1, 2022 at 10:00 AM. General Bids will be received via ProjectDog on February 15, 2022 at 10:00 AM. During bidding, the job site will be available for inspection between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM on January 19, 2022. Please wear a face mask during site visit. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. All bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 149.
