The Town of Yarmouth is requesting bids for the following: 2022 Bayberry Hills Clubhouse Renovation. The scope of work/speci- fications is outlined in the Invitation for Bids (IFB). The successful Bidder shall meet the terms and conditions set forth in this document and all other attachments. The estimated cost of the contract is $100,000.00. IFB documents may be obtained by downloading from the Town of Yarmouth Website, Doing Business page at https://www.yarmouth.ma.us/bids.aspx, beginning 02/04/2022. Any questions regarding this IFB should be directed to Svetlana Salemme via email at procurement@yarmouth.ma.us. All bids must be received on or before 3:00 p.m. on February 21, 2022, at the Office of the Town Administrator, Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664.
