The University of Massachusetts – Lowell, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Contractors for the Pinanski 100 Solar Lab Renovation for the University of Massachusetts – Lowell in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Miller Dyer Spears / MDS. The Project consists of: Renovation of existing lab space to support new research equipment. Project includes installation of a new exterior overhead rolling door and changes to MEP systems to serve new equipment. The work is estimated to cost $190,000. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive. THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Filed Sub-bids for the trades listed below will be received until 2:00 PM on Wednesday, 29 September 2021 and publicly opened online, forthwith. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder’s Update Statement.
