Sealed General Contract bids will be received at the Town of Barnstable, PROCUREMENT LOCK BOX, located in front of the School Administration Building, Procurement Office 230 South Street, Hyannis, MA 02601 until 2 PM November 10, 2021.Original Filed Sub Bids submitted and accepted on 10/6/2021 apply to this project (Per M. G.L. c. 149, sec. 44(J):8). Bid specifications may be obtained on the Town of Barnstable Website, Bid & RFP System at www.townofbarnstable.us immediately. General Contractor Virtual Bid Opening Via ZOOM. Labor and Materials Payment Bond and a Performance Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) required. PV Wages required. 5% Bid Bond required. OSHA Certification required. General Contractor bidders must be certified by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) for the category of General Building Construction and shall be accompanied by a DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility for the category, and an Update Statement. All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of all applicable Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149 Laws as amended, and other applicable Massachusetts General Laws.
